Today I am going to give a short speech about Volkswagen Automobile Co. Ltd. It is an automobile company with a long history. In today’s statement, I would like to analyze the quality control of this company from the perspective of customer satisfaction, employee involvement and continuous improvement in performance.
The general process of the quality control are several steps as below: After the product strategy committee approves the objective of the production, the quality assurance starts to formulate the frame and make out quality plans. After the formulation, it needs to be added into developing mission books. And then the strategy becomes production. It has been produced in large bulk. Then it goes to the next step that is selling. In the different periods, the company has the corresponding check and accept procedures. When it comes to the plan period, the company draws up a series of plans to control the implement of the strategy. In the period of developing products, the company pays attentions to the choice of materials, concept manufacturing, and exterior sample. In terms of trial, it worth noticing that the material control, first-trial sample, and material identification are also of great importance.
The quality control is divided into three parts. They are system audit, process audit, and product review. All of the employees are involved in the course of the quality control.
At the same time, the system audit consists of contract audit, design control, process regulation, document and material control, procurement, customer-provided product control, identification of goods, traceability, process monitoring, and trial. Every year, this automobile company makes questionnaires for its consumers to investigate the customer’s satisfaction to its products, such as QAS. According to their response to the products, this company would adjust its strategy to improve its products. So that its products can satisfy more people’s needs in the future. It requires this company to do a lot of telephone interview, street interview, and doorstep interview. One of the important ways to realize customer satisfaction is perfecting after-sales service. At present, there are two big after-sales systems in this company. They aim to provide competitive car series; aim to make continuous persistence to the quality; aim to provide high-quality products, and make contributions to our society.
First of all, this company tries its best to develop new products every year, and it also makes some improvement to the current products. They find different ways to make the trial become real. The release of the new products can attract people’s eyes and also increase the profits for the company. Besides that, this company looks for new ways to perfect its trial system. They expand the testing method, such as shower test for the car. And it also enhances the facility for the measuring and testing for the labors.
All in all, I would like to summarize what I have said today. The quality control of the Volkswagen Automobile Co. Ltd is successful. It has a high customer satisfaction, employee involvement, and continuous improvement. The entire management of the organization is up roaring. The quality control of business is crucial to its success. That is to say, if there is no quality control, a company may not become successful. And being the leaders of the business, they need to follow the rules of the quality control and consider more beneficial solutions in the process of the solving the problems. And this company has a long way to go in terms of finding a new method to improve its quality control system.
