While most of the members of Korean Running Man are hosts and singers, most of the members of Chinese Running Man are actors.

Chinese Running Man entirely introduces some classic games from Korean Running Man, such as,

However, the locations in Korean Running Man tend to be densely-populated buildings, streets and shopping malls, while the locations in Chinese Running Man usually are natural landscapes that are suitable for outdoor sports.

Since Korea is a maritime state, there are more water-related games in Korean Running Man than that in Chinese Running Man. Played in water parks, these games shows Korean trait of loving and being close to water. While China is semi-land-locked state, Chinese people tend to play games on land.


The hot program Running Man also makes the baseball caps popular with young people. At first, people did not accept the baseball cap since it was once regarded as special for baseball players. Then with the popularity of baseball sport, Chinese Softball Association was established in 1979 and baseball cap was introduced into China. Not only professional athletes wore baseball caps but also ordinary people began to wear baseball caps in different styles.
