五个最致命的丢分点（阅卷人内心独白版）
- 描述当批判。你解释了 audit committee 构成机制，但没论证它到底是否提升 audit quality，也没说文献本身是不是循环论证。阅卷人批：『Descriptive. Where is the critical lens?』直接从 70 拉到 58。
- 文献综述变人名串烧。『Smith (2019) says X. Jones (2020) says Y. Lee (2021) says Z.』阅卷人批：『This is a list, not a review.』正确做法：按理论/方法/结论分 theme，用『research on agency theory in SOE governance broadly converges on… yet diverges on…』这种句式。
- 方法论和题目打架。标题写『the impact of ESG disclosure on cost of capital』，方法却是纯 literature review。阅卷人：『The question promises empirical engagement; the design delivers a summary.』
- 引用格式一塌糊涂。APA 和 Harvard 混用、直接引文没给页码、reference list 没按字母序。会计专业 UK 校几乎全要 Harvard，US 校要 APA 7th，格式不统一是内容分还没进就先扣 5–8%。
- 结论等于重读摘要。『In conclusion, IFRS 16 has significant implications for lessees.』阅卷人：『I already know that. What about audit practice? Tax treatment? SMEs who cannot access the standard?』
